lets indulge in some real goodness of the healthy whole wheat jaggery cake that one will think of when comes to staying fit.
It’s an eggless moist cake, so no guilt eating it. It’s a one bowl recipe that is made to perfection.
My preference for this recipe is a bundt pan, but one can make it in any shape and size as they wish to.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 .5 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1.5 cups powdered jaggery
½ cup refined oil
1 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup milk (use if mixture thick)
PROCEDURE
Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Prepare the baking tin with baking spray and dusted with whole wheat flour.
Mix all the all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.
In a separate bowl mix yoghurt, oil and jaggery powder and mix till just combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix properly.
If the mixture turns out thick then add in milk.
Pour the prepared mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 45 mins or till a toothpick inserted clean .
Cool and serve.
